Silver Intermedia Globe Award
balleywasl* has been awarded an Silver Intermedia Globe Award in the Corporate Print Business-to-Customer category for its work on Kempinski’s client magazine. The magazine’s media mix and its editorial consistency convinced the jury at the Tourism WorldMediaFestival. balleywasl* has been consulting for the Switzerland-based international hotel group since 1993. For almost a decade now, the full-service communications agency in Munich has been ensuring that four issues of the discerning digest are available for guests staying in Kempinski’s European hotels. Nurtured to grow into an ambassador for the brand, the publication was expanded to include a Middle East & Africa edition in 2010, followed by an iOS app, an eMagazine and a facebook page. ‘Consistency pays off. Beyond surviving in a field that has proven quite difficult at times, we’ve also managed to navigate through every crisis without missing a single publication deadline.’ said Albert Wasl when asked about the long-term collaboration.
